My Story

I am a Richmond native who grew up in Gloucester, spending summers and weekends along the Rivah. I currently reside in Mathews, where I am restoring a multi-generational family farm that is home to a private outdoor sports club.

Professionally, I hold an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and bring over 20 years of experience in customer service, commercial sales, operations, and management. In 2018, I successfully managed a $2 million small business, where I developed new commercial accounts while leading and overseeing a team of 20–30 employees.

In June 2020, I launched my own company with a focus on supporting small business owners. My diverse background allows me to provide practical guidance, strategic insight, and operational support to help businesses grow and succeed. I work closely with clients to develop clear plans of action, refine processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
